+ Why don`t I need a prescription to buy your products?

A prescription is not required as we are an Oceania-based company and operate under different laws and regulations. Non-controlled medications can be legally imported into a number of countries (depending on their respective legislation) by individuals for their personal use.

+ Do I need to have a medical evaluation?

A medical evaluation is not needed. We do however strongly recommend you inform your doctor or healthcare provider of all medication you are taking or planning to take, whether prescribed or non-prescription. Always consult your doctor or healthcare provider prior to starting any new course of medication.

+ Are the products that you sell Genuine or Generic?

The pharmaceutical products we supply are all genuine branded products, unless otherwise clearly stated on our website. The packaging may differ slightly from what you are accustomed to. This is due to the fact that we are based in Oceania and source from countries where packaging laws and branding can differ.

+ Are the products you sell within their expiration dates?

We do not sell prescription medication that is past its expiry date. It would be illegal to do so.
Our products are in good quality with good expiration date. If you require a specific shelf life of a medicine , please feel free to contact us before making a purchase order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs

+ Do you guarantee I will receive my order?

If for any reason your order does not arrive we will happily refund amount of your purchase. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can arrange a replacement order be shipped to you.

+ Is it legal to order medications like this?

It is legal in most countries around the world to import medication for personal use, including the UK.

+ Are the medications you ship the same quality as the ones I buy at the local chemist?

We only supply medications manufactured and marketed by leading international pharmaceutical companies. As a result you can be assured of receiving the highest quality medications.

+ Will you accept my health insurance as payment?

We do not have any arrangements with health insurance companies or PBMs (Prescription Benefit Management companies) for prescription medication coverage.

+ What currency are the prices in?

All prices listed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP, £).

+ How much is shipping?

We have three shipping options for you to choose from:
- Regular Airmail (30 days) - £15.00
- EMS Courier (7-21 days) - £35.00
- DHL Express (4-7 days) - £65.00

+ Do you have an express shipping option?

We offer express shipping at a cost of £35.00 using EMS couriers. Shipping using this service takes between 1 to 2 weeks.

Please note that when you select the EMS express shipping option, we must describe the contents of the package on the package documentation, meaning this option is not for those who need discreet packaging.

Also note that selecting the EMS express shipping option does not exclude your items from the risk of being delayed either by customs when leaving Hong Kong, or entering your order`s destination country. So whilst our customers usually receive orders within one week when selecting the EMS express shipping option, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee any specific delivery period

+ How long does it take to deliver?

Depending on the shipping option you choose, delivery can take 4-7 days (DHL Express), 1 to 2 weeks (EMS Courier) or 10 to 14 business days (Regular Airmail).

+ How does the discount program work?

Customer will receive a different percentage discounts of every qualifying purchase back. Your cashback vouchers will be available in your voucher wallet and can be applied to your next order
This is a one-time use voucher that is available for the next order’s use.
Please note that voucher is only valid for 180 days, counting from when the placement date of the qualifying order which generated the voucher. i.e. the placement date of the previous fully completed and qualifying order.

+ Will I be liable for international taxes, duties and customs Fees?

Royal Mail and Parcel Force`s local country affiliates will charge the recipient any applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your country`s customs authority can provide you information regarding the fees you may be liable for when receiving orders from us. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

+ Do you charge a consultation fee?

We charge no consultation fee.

+ Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately we only ship to customers located in the United Kingdom.

+ How do I place an order, or re-order a product I`ve ordered in the past?

To place an order add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart, proceed to check out, and follow the instructions provided to complete the transaction.

If you have ordered from us in the past, and would like repeat a previous order, kindly place the repeated orders in the website directly.

+ I haven`t received an email confirmation of my order and it`s been over 24 hours, where is it?

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours, after which you should have received your order confirmation. Due to the large volume of emails we send and receive we do sometimes experience delays. Also, due to the industry which we are involved in, some ISPs (Internet Service Providers) and email hosts may treat us as spam and block our emails.

Always check your junk and spam folders in case our email has been filtered into one of these. You may also check with your ISP or email provider to ensure they have not blocked our emails.

If 48 hours have passed and you still cannot find your order confirmation email, please contact our customer service team.

+ Why won`t you reply to my emails?

As described in the above answer, it is possible our email has been filtered into your spam or junk folder. It is also possible your ISP has blocked emails from us completely. It is a known issue that emails sending from us to any @me.com / @icloud.com / are impossible, you will not be receiving any emails from us if your contact email is a @me.com / @icloud.com etc

+ I`m having difficulty using the online order form. What do I do?

For assistance you can either email us form the Contact Us page, or alternatively you can call us toll-free on +44(0)122-492-8494.

+ Do the products arrive discreetly packaged?

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Everything we send by regular airmail is packed in regular, plain cardboard boxes with no reference to "medicine" or "pharmacy". The customs declaration sticker which we are required to attach to package classifies the contents as "bodycare products".

Unfortunately orders sent using EMS (express) shipping option must display the exact product(s) contained on the package`s documentation.

+ Will I be sent junk mail, or have my personal details passed on to any third-parties?

We do not send promotional junk mail to our customers nor we do not telemarketing our customers neither, and we do not share any personal details of any kind with any third-parties.

+ Do the photos or images give a true representation of the product(s) I will receive?

Please note that all photos and images of products contained on this website are for reference only, and maybe not reflect the true nature of the products for sale. Packaging and quantity for sale in particular may vary from the photo or image provided. If in doubt, always follow the written description of the product for guidance.

+ How I pay with Wire transfer or Bank Draft?

+ Can I use forwarder service address?

We are only responsible for sending out our orders to UK residential and workplace addresses. Such that we cannot be responsible for forwarder addressee and there after arrangements.
