Shipping Policy
For your convenience and peace of mind, we ship using registered mail, allowing us to track an order if needed. We also offer an express delivery service for any urgent purchases. This service costs 20 GBP.

If you are considering a charge-back against your credit card for any reason, please talk to us first. We will do our best to resolve any issues you have with your order.

Royal Mail and USPS's local country affiliates will charge the recipient any applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your country's customs authority can provide you information regarding the fees you may be liable for when receiving orders from us. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

Return Policy
We endeavor to ensure all your orders reach you in good condition. If however this is not the case, and the return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of your affected purchase and shipping charges. Errors may include incorrect orders, defective, or damaged items. If you are unhappy with your order please contact us by email from the Contact Us page, or by phone toll-free +44-122-492-8494 during office hours. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a voicemail message.

To ensure you receive the correct refund amount, please return the products as instructed. When returning an item, please ensure it is in its original packaging and has not been opened or used.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will inspect the returned items, and if satisfied we will process your refund back to you.

Please note, whilst we will refund original shipping charges for refunds as a result of our error, we do not for other refunds.

Exchange Policy
At this time we are unable to process exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible by email from our Contact Us page , or by phone toll-free +44(0)2081232701 during office hours.

Whilst we cannot promise your order can be cancelled, we will endeavor to halt the shipment. Unfortunately once an order has been shipped we cannot edit, modify, or otherwise change the order.

Backorder Policy
If you order any item that is not immediately available for shipment, you will receive an email from out customer service team within 48 hours to confirm with you whether we should cancel the order or put it on hold. Until we receive this confirmation the order will be kept on hold.
