Uses
Cetcip (Cetrizine) is used to minimize symptoms of hayfever and allergies. Cetrizine relieves sneezing, itching, watery eyes, or runny nose associated with hayfever and allergy. Cetcip can also help treat the itching and swelling caused by hives.
Dosage and Administration
Cetcip tablets contain 10mg of Cetrizine hydrochloride and come packaged as a strip of 10 tablets.
Most people will take a dosage of 5mg to 10mg daily. Follow the dosage instructions given by your doctor.

Precautions
One of the effects of Cetcip (Cetrizine) is drowsiness. If you are going to drive a car, make sure you are aware of how Cetcip affects you before doing so.
Alcohol should be avoided while taking Cetcip (Cetrizine).
Tell your doctor if you are taking any other medicines that can make you feel sleepy including sleeping pills, muscle relaxants, seizure medicines, or antidepressants.
Cetrizine is not expected to be harmful to unborn babies, but it can be passed through the breast milk.
