Uses
Cinmove (Cinitapride) has gastroprokinetic properties (meaning that it works by increasing gastrointestinal motility) and is also considered to be an effective antiulcer medicine. It belongs to a class of drugs known as benzamides and is used to treat dyspepsia, delayed gastric emptying and GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease or acid reflux). When ingested, it is quickly absorbed. It functions as a 5-HT receptor antagonist and agonist, and can help to reduce dyspepsia symptoms in affected patients.
Dosage and Administration
The medicine content of each Cinmove (Cinitapride) tablet is 1mg. You must abide by the dosage instructions that your doctor gives you. Adult patients are sometimes instructed by their doctor to take 1mg (equal to one tablet) 3 times per day.
