Uses
Pyracezine works by combining the nootropic effects of Piracetam and the vasodilatory effects of Cinnarizine.

Piracetam enhances the metabolic processes in the brain. It does this by increasing protein metabolism, utilization of glucose, and resistance to hypoxia. It also improves interneuronal transmission in the CNS.

Cinnarizine promotes cerebral blood flow, increasing the amount of oxygen that can be delivered to the brain.

By combining these two ingredients, each drug potentiates the other in boosting brain oxygen supply and improving brain function.

Pyracezine is indicated in the treatment of :

• acute and chronic cerebovascular diseases
• brain injury
• inflammatory and/or infectious CNS diseases
• labyrinthopathy
• vertigo
• motion sickness
• dizziness
• roaring in the ears
• nystagmus
• nausea and vomitting
• Meniere's syndrome
• cebebral infarct
• chronic hypertomnia with encephalopathy
• vascular dementia
• psychogenic memory disorders
• attention and concentration disturbances
• emotional lability

Pyracezine can also be used as a nootropic to increase concentration, enhance cognition and improve memory.

Dosage and Administration
Pyracezine come in a box of 60 capsules, with each containing 400mg of piracetam and 25mg of cinnarizine.

Adults should take one or two capsules, three times daily. It can be taken for up to three months depending on the severity of the disease. If children are being treated the dosage may be similar, but it will be taken less often.

Precautions
Patients with renal or liver impairment should use with caution.

Safety in pregnant or breastfeeding women has not been established, so should only be used if the benefits will outweigh the risks.

Sports doping tests can retun false positive results is you are taking Pyracezine.

Vasodilators and antihypertensive agents can increase the effects of Pyracezine.
