Uses
Relaxedin is a natural product containing valerian extract that can be used to help you fall asleep and improve the quality of your sleep, as well as to help relieve feelings of stress, anxiety, panic attacks and mild depression. The active ingredients in Relaxedin are Valeric Acid, Acetoxyvaleric Acid and Rosmarinic Acid.
Relaxedin has a vasodilatory and sedative effect, and is used by many as a sleeping aid. It can also be used to releive stress and anxiety.
Dosage and Administration
Relexedin is packaged in a box of 30 capsules. The composition of each capsule is Valeric and Acetoxyvaleric Acid (0.582mg) and Rosmarinic Acid (2mg).
The recommended dosage if being used as a sleep aid is one capsule just before going to bed.
When being used for anxiety or hyperexcitability, the recommended dosage is two capsules taken twice daily.
Precautions
Seek immediate emergency medical attention if you suffer an allergic reaction. Symptoms to watch for, which may be indicative of a reaction, include skin rashes, hives, swelling of the face or limbs, trouble breathing, and trouble swallowing.
