Uses
Saslic Foaming Face Wash (Salicylic Acid) is used (sometimes alongside other acne treatments) to prevent or treat acne. The active component is a type of salicylate, and it functions as a peeling agent (keratolytic). Topical application of this foam helps with the skin shedding process, allowing for the removal of the top layer of dead skin cells, while also helping to cause the breakdown of blackheads and spots. It may also help to relieve inflammation and redness, and may even speed up the healing process.
Dosage and Administration
Follow your doctor's instructions with regard to proper application of Saslic Foaming Face Wash (Salicylic Acid) when treating acne. It is possible that your doctor will tell you to apply it twice per day, as part of your cleansing routine. Before application, you should ensure that your face is wet. The foam may then be gently applied to the face and rubbed in, with special care taken to ensure that none of the product gets into the eyes or the area surrounding the eyes. Patients should allow the foam to remain on the face for roughly 20 to 30 seconds, before rinsing the face clean and gently drying it.
Side effects
Treating the skin for acne with Saslic Foaming Face Wash (Salicylic Acid) may result in irritated skin. Other side effects are considered to be less common. If you experience any serious reactions, see your doctor immediately.
Precautions
Excess amounts of this product should not be applied, and it should also not be applied to large areas of the skin, as this may cause salicylism. Use it on the face only, as directed by your doctor.

Seek immediate emergency medical attention if you suffer an allergic reaction. Symptoms to watch for, which may be indicative of a reaction, include skin rashes, hives, swelling of the face or limbs, trouble breathing, and trouble swallowing.
Always use Saslic Foaming Face Wash (Salicylic Acid) as you have been prescribed by your doctor. Never self-medicate or change your dosage without first consulting your doctor. The correct dosage can vary depending on your health, medical history, and the severity of the condition being treated.
