Uses
Prandial M 0.2 (Metformin Hydrochloride IP/Voglibose) is a combination of 2 antidiabetic medicines which works by reducing the production of glucose and reducing post-prandial blood sugar levels. Metformin is a type of medicine called a biguanide and is frequently used to treat type 2 diabetes, especially in overweight patients. Its mode of action is decreasing the production of sugar (glucose) by the liver while also lowering the amount of sugar that is absorbed into the bloodstream after eating.
