Uses
Ramipres (Ramipril) is a drug which works by decreasing the chemicals which causes the blood vessels to tighten. This allows for a smoother and easier flowing of the blood, and makes this drug effective at treating high blood pressure. Apart from treating high blood pressure, this drug may be used by those affected by heart disease to reduce the risk of heart attacks.

Dosage and Administration
The advice and dosage instructions of the prescribing doctor must be strictly adhered to when taking Ramipres (Ramipril) tablets to treat high blood pressure or any other medical conditions. You may be instructed by your doctor to take this medication 1 to 2 times per day. It may be taken alongside food or on an empty stomach, however you should try your best to take it at the same time every day. In some cases, your doctor may recommend starting out on a low dosage, which may be gradually increased.

Side effects
