Uses
Locoid Crelo (Hydrocortisone Butyrate) is a topical corticosteroid which comes in the form of an emulsion used to treat inflammatory skin disorders. It is considered ideal for treating the scalp and other hairy areas of skin, and is also suitable for use on intertriginous areas of skin (areas of skin that may come into contact with each other, such as skin folds). This potent corticosteroid emulsion is indicated for use in the treatment of dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis and other similar skin conditions. Doctors prescribe it to relieve itchy skin, redness and inflammation that can occur as a result of the conditions listed here.
